Disclaimer/ Indemnity 

By purchasing a wristband, I hereby confirm that I am medically fit to participate in aforementioned training event, and I participate therein voluntarily and at my own risk, understanding the inherent dangers of road running, and accepting that there are no road closures and undertake to follow safe running practices (not behave like a pumpkin) and respect all other road users.

I shall be responsible for any injury or illness, loss damage to property that may occur whether directly or indirectly related to my participation and agree that I will be responsible for my own medical expenses that I may incur.

I hereby indemnify Dean Wight, the hosts, organisers and all volunteers from any and all claims that may result from my participation therein.

I further agree that due to the nature of the event that no refunds will be considered should I withdrew or do not participate in the event.

Collections/registration

Wristbands (A different colour per day) will be issued for this BLR collection points will be communicated closer to the time, there will be an option to collect on the morning of each day, NB !! No last-minute dot com arrivals on the morning to run. 

Buses 

Busses will be provided from the finish to the start BEFORE each day in the early hours of the morning and as per normal Grant Nicholls will co-ordinate the booking of the buses, more information will follow in the new year.
